As the Enterprise Sr. Director of Revenue Integrity and Rev Cycle Compliance at Jefferson Health, one of the nation’s premier health care systems providing world class clinical care, Robin is responsible for the oversight and management of the Hospital’s Revenue Integrity Program where she is accountable for the identification and correction of revenue cycle processes and systems that lead to lost revenue opportunities as well as ensuring billing compliance with federal, state and 3rd party regulatory and payer requirements. Robin also oversees the integrity Jefferson Health’s daily charge capture and charge reconciliation, outpatient coding and documentation, regulatory education and training and the performance of routine audits to ensure ongoing compliant revenue integrity processes.
